Occasionally content created from anonymous user in Drupal7
Hi, I am facing a strange problem. I am sure that I have removed all permissions from the anonymous user account. But occasionally, say 1 or 2 node are created using the anonymous user account without any actual content everydays. Any idea? Thanks.

In fact, my system is not open, so only a few accounts created and never deleted. So it is very strange to see those anonymous users, in fact, those node are node without any meaningful contents.
Aren't contents created by modules usually considered to be created by Anonymous? I know I've seen some weird contents show up, but they were always after a messy module was loaded on.
