1. Check the mail headers you receive that are marked as spam They may give you a clue. E.g. X-Virus-Scanned: Debian amavisd-new at * X-Spam-Flag: YES X-Spam-Score: 7.461 X-Spam-Level: ******* X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=7.461 tagged_above=2 required=6.31 tests=[DKIM_ADSP_NXDOMAIN=0.8, HTML_IMAGE_ONLY_08=1.781, HTML_MESSAGE=0.001, HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG=0.635, HTML_SHORT_LINK_IMG_1=0.139, LOCAL_DEMONSTRATION_RULE=3, MIME_HTML_ONLY=1.105] 2. Make sure reverse DNS is set correctly. 3. Check that your SMTP server isn't RBL blacklisted: http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
