I don't see how that would help. Unless CS Theme will have it's own engine-type system and break free of PHPTemplate, which would probably add even more complexity to the code.

Hmmm,
Maybe we should move the stuff we have in template.php to something
else. I know nothing about PHP per se, so... I'd probably be the wrong
person to make this suggestion. I'll check with some other people.
