To my knowledge, it&#39;s just for consistency - looks funny in admin when some modules use &quot;Module Name&quot; and others use &quot;Module name&quot;.<br><br>Incidentally, <a href="mailto:development@drupal.org">development@drupal.org</a> would be a better spot for module questions than <a href="mailto:themes@drupal.org">themes@drupal.org</a>.<br>
