Hi, I just upgraded a site using Drupal 6.3 to 6.4 via Fantastico in cPanel. For some reason, after the upgrade, my custom theme (built from ATCK 6.x-2.2) fails to show up in /admin/build/themes. I have checked that the files themselves are still there--is there anything else that could cause a theme to disappear?

Sorry for the noise, apparently my FTP client lied to me when it said the theme was installed (it must have been removed by the upgrade process). I restored the theme from my backup and now everything works properly.
