Hello all! I'm one of the co-chairs for the Design and User Experience track for the upcoming Boston Drupalcon in March. We'd like to get all session proposals in by Monday, so if you've been sitting on a session idea but aren't quite sure about it, please give me a shout so we can help you out!
This year, a full 25% of Drupalcon is dedicated to these topics. We have quite a few sessions already on theming and jQuery, but we're reaching out right now in particular for sessions on information architecture, usability, and interaction and graphic design.
You can check out the sessions already posted in this track here: http://boston2008.drupalcon.org/sessions?filter0=design+and+user+experience&...

The posted deadline is February 11. Are you saying that the theming track deadline is a week earlier? If so, we should update the front- page announcement http://drupal.org/node/216416
I'd hate that we miss some great possible sessions because of an unknown deadline.

No, the definitive deadline is on February 11. However, we will start picking sessions that will definitely make it into the final program starting Monday.

Good point, and apologies for the confusion. The official deadline is February 11th, but the session co-chairs are going to be selecting the first round of sessions on Monday (for all tracks) and would ideally like them in by then. We'll definitely consider great sessions submitted in the next week though. The schedule goes to the printer on Feb 14th, so we're under a tight deadline for selection and trying to balance that with allowing enough time -- getting as many in as possible sooner will at least allow us for any back and forth before the final schedule.
