I just started thinking about how to organize/colaborate the Simlified Chinese translation efforts.
As I have seen discussions before, I am wondering if there is plan to restructure the translation projects, or have the localization ready before RC.

The official string freeze will take place at the release of RC 1.
Before that, quite some strings will probably change. It's not
recommended to do massive translations (or translations of anything
longer than a couple of words).
