Thanks for all your hard work!

Translators, please merge in some/all of these changes into your translations as you deem necessary.

I'll try to make a second draft today.

Here are the results of my editing pass through the newsletter, posted to
the lists per your request. These files include a slightly modified version
of Karoly Negyesi's editing. As is so often the case with proofreading, many
decisions come down to a matter of the writer's style, with more than one
wording or punctuation choice being correct. In this case, I allowed a few
minor technicalities to remain uncorrected because correcting them would have,
in my opinion, compromised an informal and conversational tone intended by
the author. Any reader of literary classics understands that sometimes
purity of grammar is not the only measure of good writing! There were also
a few places where I added or changed a word or two in the interest of
clarity, particularly where the word originally used had more than one
possible meaning in that context.

I apologize that I could not do as careful a job today as I might usually
prefer, owing to the fact that I have a (work-related, non-Drupal) software
release for a customer due to be in RC status tonight -- and they changed
the spec on me *twice* already today.

The file is in ODT and XHTML formats from OpenOffice. I created this edited
version with change tracking enabled for your convenience. I offer these
changes as suggestions, and will not be offended if some or all of them are
rejected by the editor, who is ultimately the decision-maker.

Overall, the newsletter was a very enjoyable read, and I thank those who
worked to produce it!

Kind regards,

Scott
