IMHO we need to centralice efforts, translation community is not as big as the coders.<br><br>In Spanish I see that problem all days, there is not a clear way to contribute, or at least people don&#39;t see it as serious, sustainable or perhaps viable (is still a pain in the neck). We need to translate core, we also have to spend a lot of time maintaining translation servers. There are A LOT of translations servers, can&#39;t we just join forces to maintain a big one and let translators do their job?<br>
<br>I have same problem at <a href="http://l10n.drupal-contrib.org">l10n.drupal-contrib.org</a>, I can only spend a couple of hours(a month) to keep it up &amp; running, would like to contribute translation instead...<br>

and I have to say that many of the translations are in a very sad state.<br>

Often, there are only releases for outdated Drupal versions and there<br>
have been a lot of translations projects created that do not have any<br>
releases at all.<br>

I&#39;ve made issues at all the projects that are affected by the latter and<br>
hope that we can fix this. Otherwise we&#39;ll have to unpublish them.<br>
<br>
If there are difficulties with CVS etc, you can always ask for help<br>
either on this list, though the webmaster queue, or you can catch me in IRC.<br>
