I tried Workrave for a while. I think it's probably the best way to go.
But a warning. It's serious. If you don't like being distracted every 10
minutes you won't like it. But you'll probably get RSI. It also locks
you out of your computer temporarily. I liked it in theory, but it was
too intense for me. There's probably settings or something though.
