She hasn't raised any points. The most quantifiable one - that she 
couldn't get "create content" to go away - takes 5 minutes to fix using 
the menu.module, which does exist in Drupal 4.6 and operates similarly.

Yes, I will concede that the Form API didn't exist in 4.6, nor did 
PHPTemplate ship with it. But, she hasn't said anything that requires 
either of those yet.
