I am sure that I won't get many takers for this, but it is worth a try! I am also not so sure that I require a high quality developer, as long as the module does what I require it to do. The e-commerce part will have a larger budget and a lighter deadline, so then I will attract better developers... :-)
The task is not that hectic, and with your information, it will be a LOT simpler :-)
What I have learned from this is when a person wants something that is out of my league, quote him about 7 times more (due to exchange rates to convert US$ to ZAR) for that part, or otherwise decline the job :-)

Frankly, I don't think your $150 offer will attract a high-quality developer.
But hopefully I am wrong.
I'm writing just to send you a link that could help with one aspect. Here is
a module I use when a custom node type needs specific files. That is, it
will help you build a node form that prompts for three images exactly, which
in the end is easier than using upload.module.
