[consulting] CMS comparison

The upgrade to 4.6 was extremely painful. On five sites I was
supporting, I was unable to correctly upgrade any of them, even though
all of them were very ordinary. I had to pay someone to straighten
them out. The biggest problem was the very confusing and error prone
database upgrade, which did not work correctly on any of the sites.

There has to be a balance between innovation and maturity. Innovation
helps Drupal grow in usability and depth. Maturity helps Drupal site
managers grow the Drupal base and offer robust and reliable solutions
to users.
