Perfect, except for the "toolbox" part.

The mental image is of a what you have in the basement/garage with
all sort of rusty tools that do not relate to each other, and depend on
their owner. So, in the context of Drupal, they are non-integrated and
disparate tools used for tinkering and such.

Maybe "toolset",  or "solution" or something along those lines?
