That's because I haven't written the pre-installation section, yet. :) That
section is up for grabs. I've been focused on the customizing and theming
section as I'm actively immersed in that for a site right now.

That would be a great start to the new user's guide.

Yeah, I'm far from finished, too. I hope to get enough done to move it to
drupal.org before what I'm writing is completely out of date, though. LOL
