[consulting] How to send/receive money (was: being a listed consultant)

Put my name and contact info in a file somewhere, and contact me each
time you come across someone who can even imagine starting a new
currency, and electronic transfer system...  preferably with the
further goal of eradicating poverty.   Maybe eventually we'll have
enough people to do so.
