[consulting] Credit card donation/payment gateways

One should look carefully into fraud detection and blocking.
Your payment gateway may offer some fraud detection tool but not have
it enabled or configured by default.  Without fraud detection, anyone
can use your site to test stolen credit card information, and you'll
be subject to chargeback fees.
