I have used http://phpadsnew.com/two/

My users loved it. lots of nice features, like resellers etc. 

Best feature IMO is their tight integration with http://www.openads.org/ a 
FLOSS/distributed 'alternative' for Adsense. 

Downside: it cannot be accesses/administrated from within Drupal.
