I've always been curious how my partner and I did in theming our first 
larger scale Drupal site.  This thread seems to be inviting the 
question, so I'll ask.

How does http://www.folkjam.org rate for Drupal theme work?  No 
multi-site is in use, the theme switches based on the region of the site 
being visited using conditional includes in page.tpl.php
