[consulting] Feedback on gold stars for Drupal Contrib modules

Hi all:

I posted about this on my blog

-- the concept of what, in my opinion, it would take to get a "gold
star" for contrib modules, along with some suggestions for consulting
shops.

I have gotten a lot of reads, but not a lot of direct/indirect
feedback. Anyone care to comment if this is something that would work
for them?
