[consulting] Encourage people to post jobs on groups

yeah, that's the main point.
this list is for people who do consulting to talk about issues arising out
of that activity, we should make it clear it is not a place for clients to
meet up with consultants
as someone starting out as a consultant there are tons of questions I would
be looking to discuss with other consultants in a comfortable atmosphere
