Let me know if you have any questions on any the work above.  As for my rates ... unfortunately that is a bit of a loaded question ... I work in a lot of different languages and I would change something different for a complex Java API as opposed to a fairly simple web site.   The scope and the difficulty of the work really depends .  As a rule of thumb, I generally charge in the neighborhood of $60 USD an hour ... but this is flexible depending on scope and type of work.
