Generally speaking, this is usually covered under a separate technology 
errors and omissions policy (which Adam alluded to earlier).  Some 
clients require that their vendors carry a certain level of insurance 
coverage, and the premiums are pretty reasonable, so if you can swing 
it, having this coverage is a really good idea, as it will protect you 
where the contract language may not.
