[consulting] Sharing Documentation between Drupal Consultants

Hi Everyone,

In the Spirit of Drupal Consulting Community :o) I was wondering if
members of this list that provide Drupal Consulting Services would be
willing to share various project management documents they use. Within
the proprietary software world, I have seen a lot of documentation
templates available freely in terms of user requirements gathering,
marketing material, service level agreements, non-disclosure
documentation, project contracts etc.

Provided in the case of Drupal, there are specific requirements in and
around Drupal that are alot similar to what many of us provide to our
customers. Maybe there could be a need to establish a group on Drupal
Groups titled Drupal Consulting Documentation Templates or something.

I would be very happy to share and receive any such documents that you
would be willing to share to add to my library of documentation for
Drupal Services consulting. Why re-invent the wheel when we can share
user requirement and feed back documents or maybe documents of
functional design etc. I know the recipes and case studies are there
on the Drupal website but at the end of the day, alot of you have lots
of stuff to share that is valuable to the community.

On similar grounds, if we have similar processes that we follow, we
might be able to receive or outsource work from each other as for
example, I am willing to receive outsourced tasks and if we would be
willing to following similar project documentation templates, it would
be very meaningful and quick to share similar guidelines and feedback
details :)

I hope this isn't a long shot otherwise my apologies beforehand
considering it a crummy question.
