[consulting] Natural Language Export Tool for Views ???

Gang,

For documentation for clients, I always end up, essentially, translating
Views' queries into English so the client will know how each view was built
in order to manage the site and train content editors on how to fill out
node/add forms.

I think it shouldn't be too hard to write an automated natural language
export, that, of course, could be edited. It doesn't have to be close to
perfect in order to save a lot of time for documentation and training.

Has anybody thought about this or heard of others thinking about this?

Or does it exist already?
