[consulting] Drop down menu (4 levels)

Hi,

Hope everyone had happy holidays.

What do you suggest for creating a horizontal menu that needs to show some
links up to 4 levels (ex Primary link 1 > sub1 > sub2 > sub3) ?

Yui menu? Suckerfish? Nice Menus module?

I also want a block on the right sidebar to show the 3rd and 4th levels
(thought that would be nicer for the viewer) and thought Menu Block Split (
http://drupal.org/project/menu%5Fblock%5Fsplit) would work for that.
