[consulting] Breadcrumb trail

Hi all,

I know that breadcrumbs is supposed to show the linkage setting Home > About
Us > Staff

But mine is not showing. I have the if ($breadcrumb != '') {  print
$breadcrumb;  } inserted into my drupal 6 template.

When I switch to garland instead of the breadcrumb it shows "Home" only. But
in both themes when the Edit tab is clicked, the the breadcrumb shows
normally on the /edit page. I have path alias installed. I set the link in
the menu settings and no change. I've set the url myself and no change.

And all the admin pages show the breadcrumbs correctly as well (so /edit and
all admin/pagename work).

Any ideas?

PS Nice menus was a great suggestion :)
