Steph of TopNotchThemes dissected TemplateMonster's theming
shortcomings pretty well at:

The discussion that follows is also enlightening.
TopNotchThemes is deep into Übercart. They'reabout to release a free
29-page guide to making Ubercart look good, which will join the basic
guide at:
http://www.topnotchthemes.com/handbook/download-quickstart-guides
Details in the blog post at:
http://www.topnotchthemes.com/blog/090118/documentation-galore
They've also licensed the Übercart chapter to "Using Drupal" to give
to their customers to help them get started.
Finally, you can see a list of Übercart-specific TopNotchThemes
designs at:
http://www.topnotchthemes.com/browse?
filter0=**ALL**&filter1[]=16&filter4=
(I know there's a better URL, but I can't find it now. That searches
their themes for "e-commerce", which for them means Übercart.)
Full disclosure: I wrote both of their guides, including the Übercart
one. :)
Cheers,
