[consulting] How is the market for Drupal talent?

Same here . Working, working, working...

Just noticing that more and more web shops are adopting Drupal, so maybe
the shortage of resources added to the downturn will end the shortage of
Drupalers.

I'm backed up and over extended.

I've got a lot more work than I'd like right now.  Especially with
spring right around the corner!

But I guess this isn't a bad problem to have.

Always got time for friendly clients. :-) (And all my current clients

Perhaps there is some key advice to incoming free-lancers here: "Above
all; Be friendly".

... My impression is that as (friendly) Drupal consultants/developers we
are in an excellent position to ride through and even thrive through,
this 'recession'.
