[consulting] Figuring out what to pay an employee

For a first full time employee, I'm thinking I can only real afford someone
at the entry level, but I do understand that once they develop serious
Drupal skills I'll have to raise their pay considerably to keep them.

But given your suggestion, I'd be curious to know a salary range to offer
people that already have Drupal skills in addition to someone with just
programming skills who will learn on the job.
