[consulting] Drop Down Menu options

Firefox 3.5.7 (mac and pc)

I noticed this on live examples that nice menus gave and just thought that
they didn¹t set it up correctly.... But this occurs every 2/3 times on
rollover and does not seem to care if the line has an active link or not.
