A random staffing agency may not want to do this. However, there are
companies that specialize in being "employer of record" and give access to
group insurance, provide billing services, etc. I haven't used one
myself, but an acquaintance once recommended mybizoffice.com (now
MBOPartners.com) based on his experience with one.
