[consulting] Business resources [formerly Getting Freelance Work]

Books are good of course but I was thinking  an online presence with the 
possibilities to rate and comment (on e.g. insurance companies or 
practices).  I guess a book would also focus on American resources and 
wouldn't cover the fun of all the European realities :-).
