[consulting] Examples of great looking Drupal sites without custom design

I'd be interested in hearing from folks, and seeing examples, of sites that have used purchased themes from topnotchthemes, templatemonster, themeshark and the like. What do you get from the vendor when you pay for these themes? Do they just give you a CSS file, or do they include tpl files and blocks/regions, etc.

Thanks,
Erin

In other words great looking Drupal sites without custom designs -- or premium themes. I'm not talking about a base theme like Zen, but a theme that's just been slightly modified (logo, banner, color change, etc).

I've never seen such a list. Sure, there's theme garden, but those aren't live and tend not to show off themes in their best light.
