[consulting] problem in registration form

hello guys,
i am facing a problem. i create 2 content types and use them as user
registration form. one content type is service provider and second is
affiliate id.
both have different fields. but on the registration form of affiliate shows
service provider field. As registration form is for anonymous user. If i
disable these field in the permission for anonymous user it remove from both
the forms.
Please give some solution.
