Thanks for posting - I received a similar warning from Thailand last week,
for something along the same lines
that was happening locally - if anyone is interested to track ping me
offline
(or look up the thailand open source google group)

Julian,- probaly 'not required' to post to any list, but pertinent since
drupal consultant may wish
to stay informed?
