  Debate swings back and forth about whether this list is for job 
postings. Personally I do not mind them, and here is some info about 
other ways to locate talent which I provide to most recruiters who 
contact me:

I understand there is a bit of a shortage of PHP and Drupal developers 
worldwide, and demand is high.

Some suggestions:

- Post jobs on the local Drupal, PHP and Web Developer groups on LinkedIn.

- Post Drupal jobs on GDO http://groups.drupal.org/jobs

- Attend Drupal and tech meetups to shmooze.
