Just remember that Patheon isn't a silver bullet cure. You can come up
with some magic that makes PHP and the webserver dish out pages in 0.001
seconds, but if you have some queries going on that take 1-2 seconds per
page load, then you still got a problem.

Diagnose must always be the first step in determining any problem.
