Sorry, I did not mean to be misleading. I realize we might be asking for a lot 
of work for $1K. I considered posting to this list and asking for opinions on an 
appropriate scope of work for that amount. Then I thought that would open a can 
of worms because starting a "how much should we charge" thread is about as 
tiresome on a web developer list as a thread on "which oil to use" for 
motorcycle lists.

Please send more feedback on the requirements, either on- or off-list. I listed 
the budget last because that's what I've always done for SOWs.
