That is where ip comes in. This client is concerned about the package. In other words, if you take a ferrari and sell it as parts, not the same as someone assembling them based on ferrari's spec and changing the emblem and selling it as a new line. The client wants the ip for what made up the logic of the new modules and views and all else specific to his business. IP.

just to add to this - all they can own is their installation of it
however the modules and code that they have not created are licensed under GPL only.
