[consulting] Drupal 7 uc_ssl Module

Looking to hire a developer to create a Drupal 7 version of the Ubercart SSL module ( http://drupal.org/project/uc_ssl ), or one very similar. Also looking for anyone who wants to chip in for development costs. Would like the working module contributed back to drupal.org. 

Secure pages and Context SSL modules do not work with Drupal 7/Ubercart 3. Not sure why there's not a bigger push for this module?

Please provide an estimate along with a timeline and experience related to this module.
