[consulting] Gouging Stupid Clients

Fred, you are the one who has to live with himself. It's not a matter of leaving money on the table;it's stealing, IMHO. Some times, I may say an hour, if I think that's right, and have it come out to a half hour, so I will do the next half hour job for free (builds good will).
