Hello,
My name is Riley and I am a project manager with Immigroup, a Canadian
Immigration and travel document company based in Toronto, Ontario. We had
someone build a drupal clone of our site over the summer and we want to use
this to replace our current site. We would like to launch it in the near
future.
This issue is that the site was cloned from our last site and we are
unhappy with that design. The guy who cloned the site for us is no longer
available to help us on a regular basis due to other commitments. In the
interim we have hired multiple developers to attempt to implement our new
design changes and some new features of the website but we have had little
success (problems have included a failure to adhere to agreed upon hours
for the project and especially language barriers). We are looking for
someone to either
a) supervise and double-check the work of our current developer to make
sure it is up to snuff and not going to cause problems in the future, and
to give him feedback and guidance; or better yet
b) take over implementing the redesign and adding the new features.
We are preferably looking for a team who can tackle multiple parts of the
project at once. Because there is a lot of work to do (finishing up the the
homepage, tools page, news page, implementing a new design on 40-ish
landing pages, implementing a separate design on another 150, and much
more), we cannot give you an estimate of the number of hours necessarily,
but if you are interested we can breakdown the tasks and hopefully come up
with an estimate together. If you are interested, please let us know your
