[consulting] Please reply to job posters, not to the list as a whole

Really, folks. When I see someone respond publicly to a job posting, I think "unprofessional: do not hire". I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Sure, we all make mistakes. But it's a real epidemic on this list. Check your email before you wreck your email.
