[consulting] quick advice on db flush

excuse me good people o this list

my admin is away, ad I need to quickly and urgently flush
the database which has grown to exceed my quota in his absence

can someone advise if I can empty the following tables
without killing the site?

access log
search index
cache  filter
node revisions
