[consulting] Drupal Migration Consultant

Dear All,

We are an information and research centre in Beirut, Lebanon, and we have a
a drupal 7 site, which we want to split into two new drupal 7 instances,
and we would like to find a consultant to help out in the data migration
work. the consultant must have previous experiences in complicated data
migrations (including entity references).
