I think I have touched on most of them. Let me know if there are more.

Also I was thinking I could come to Drupal Con in March and host a
workshop for developers on making sure their modules etc... can work
appropriately with PostgreSQL.

Thoughts?

Well the deadline for submitting proposals ended the day before you sent this.  
However, you could certainly propose a Postgres BoF.
