If apache is segfaulting its not postgresql :(. You can actually see it
via the 2008-07-07 22:19:36 CDT LOG:  unexpected EOF on client
connection, that says that something disconnected from PostgreSQL
unexpectedly. Looks like we have a PHP bug.
