When I preview a post, the selected terms are lost.

Selecting taxonomy terms is broken for multiple-select vocabularies. 
The form is using the name 'edit[taxonomy][][]'.  It should not have
the second set of brackets.  The attached patch fixes this.

I can confirm the [][], but I can't get anything to break - still seems
to assign properly, as well as select.
