That would be me. I am listed in the CREDITS file as the postgres 
maintainer, unfortunately none of my own sites are running postgres, so 
I only have limited time to test the postgres port, but I usually do a 
lot of testing when the RC is released, and fix most of the bugs I find 
(it is a fair amount of work).
